The User survey
An online survey was created and sent to users, but only three participants completed the survey. The limited response rate could be attributed to various factors, such as low survey visibility, lack of incentive for participation, or time constraints on the part of the users.
To increase the survey response rate in the future, strategies like incentivizing participation, promoting the survey through various channels, and ensuring a user-friendly survey interface can be implemented.
